Gave this handphone accessories featuring a cutesy sheep to a close friend of mine whom same as me was borned in the Year of the Sheep. Maaaaa........ She was also with me at the bazaar today selling her polymer clay jewellery! Today was the first time that both of us attended a bazaar in the position of a seller! It was really a great eye-opening experience getting to see what others are selling and in communicating with our customers. Today, I presented a keychain gift set handmade and packaged by me to a friend who is getting married on 22 June 2008! Although it was not passed personally from me to her, I hope that she like it when she sees it tonight. It consist of 2 heart shape keychains in blue and pink with swirly flower motifs. The actual keychain is shown in the foreground of the picture. I also did another two (1 in blue and 1 in purple) to my other 2 close friends. The colours are their favourite colours!

I've given the following necklaces as gifts to my colleague. They were actually custom-made according to her beads selection and type of string. Btw, she had a hand in the creation process too in sanding the pendant in the 2nd photo! As she also does occasional beading using semi-precious stones, the necklace was actually assembled by her combining both my Swarovski crystals, bali beads and her faceted black onyx!

I couldn't resist putting up some pairs of earrings (ER001-ER005) that I did on the blog before the bazaar sale! The design concept for the polymer clay pairs came from the beachfront feeling of refreshing breeze, curly sea waves and leaves whispering in the wind! Cool and breezy...... They are nice, sweet, glossy and sparkling in reality. However, I think I've got my poor photography skills to thank for portraying them otherwise..... Gotta think of ways to brush up on my photo taking skill (PS: Anyone out there willing to pass me a skill or two???)

Btw, I've come to realise that naming products can also be quite a doning task at hand! I've really got a headache thinking of names for my items.... Although it should be quite a happy affair just like naming your baby but I've got too many "babies" on hand to name!!!! Maybe I should invest in a book of names or just stick to the standard numerical coding method! Anyway, I'm just as proud of my "babies" regardless of what I name them!

Although it's been a holiday weekend (Vesak Day) but instead of letting my hair down, I've been rather busy with packaging my pendants, making them into necklaces, beads into handphone accessories for a upcoming bazaar at Clarke Quay. Okay, it's actually not so much of a stress since I'm enjoying what I'm doing! After getting some feedbacks, I'm revamping my pendants to not just selling the pendants but making them into necklaces. I do hope they sell at the bazaar.

(PS: This is just a part of my items for sale at the bazaar! There is still more to come. Earrings .... Btw, I've just bought 3 new Making Clay's Cutters for making new designs! So eager to try them out but think these have to wait... whilst I finish my packaging on hand!)
